Vinovium — Latin for "on the wine road" — was founded in 2012 in downtown Johnson City, Texas, where it sits at the very start of the 290 Texas Wine Trail. Operating as a négociant-winery, Vinovium collaborates with talented Texas winemakers to source small-lot wines guided by deep industry relationships and a shared love for the craft, rather than following the traditional grower-producer model. Among the first Texas wineries to embrace kegged wine, every pour is served fresh on tap, a choice that reflects both a commitment to quality and a zero-waste philosophy. Beyond wine, Vinovium serves Mediterranean-inspired food made from scratch, from house-made spreads and indulgent sandwiches to charcuterie boards and tapas, all in a neighborhood lounge designed to be a true third space — unhurried, welcoming, and built for community.
Lewis Wines was established in 2010 by friends Doug Lewis and Duncan McNabb who firmly believe that great wine is made in the vineyard, only using 100% Texas grapes with a focus on soil health, vine health and quality grapes. The goal of Lewis Wines is to remain invisible in the cellar, producing age-worthy wines that showcase the vintage, vineyard and farming. Lewis Wines farms without the use of herbicides, with a focus on soil health by planting seasonal cover crops, applying compost and allowing sheep and chicken to graze the vineyards.

Hill Country Wine Tours LLC offers all-inclusive, customized day trips through the Texas Hill Country seven days a week. Operating out of comfortable Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit vans, they transport private groups — from bachelorette parties to corporate retreats — to three or more wineries and distilleries per trip, handling tastings, lunch, and safe transportation while guests enjoy the ride.
